Cesar Cifuentes is a photographer and image maker born in Bogota, Colombia. His work features a somber, surrealist style, characterized by the use of bold colors and geometric patterns in his compositions. Doubt and mystery are constant elements in the narratives he seeks to portray. He uses this style to create portraits and imagery for both commercial work and personal projects. His interest in visual arts stems from his childhood, having grown up in the home of his Freemason grandfather, who filled the walls with artwork and mysterious images. During his teenage years, he spent most of his time photographing the punk scene and nightlife. This experience helped him lay the foundation for a solid body of work and shape his photographic eye

Over the years, he has built a diverse portfolio of collaborations, partnering with internationally recognized brands, cultural institutions, and entertainment heavyweights. His professional experience spans high-performance sports and cycling with BMC Switzerland, civic and cultural initiatives with the Bogota Council, creative direction and talent partnerships alongside Feat First Management, global entertainment and gaming campaigns with Betsson, and large-scale music and festival culture with Knotfest.

He is currently based in Bogota and available for work worldwide, bringing his distinct visual perspective to commercial commissions, editorial projects, and exhibition spaces across the globe.
